BOOKING CONDITIONS
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICY
Check-in at Entre Nous is from 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 PM latest.
If you require early check-in or late check-out, please inform us in advance.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Extra services will be billed separately from the booking and must be paid before the end of your stay.

CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING ENTRE NOUS
The number of guests cannot exceed Villa Entre Nous’ maximum capacity of 12 people (excluding children under 2 years old).
Entre Nous is rented exclusively for a minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights, depending on the season.
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of full payment within 8 days of the payment request. Payment must be made by bank transfer. After the 8-day period, Entre Nous reserves the right to re-rent the property.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be communicated to us by email at contact@villa-entrenous.com.
In the case of late arrival or early departure, the full stay is still due up to the final booking date.

HOUSE RULES

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.

Only guests listed on the original booking are permitted to stay overnight at Entre Nous.

Pets are not allowed.

Please remember to turn off air conditioning and lights when you leave your room. This small step helps us reduce unnecessary energy consumption and protect the environment.

Entre Nous provides soap and shampoo in all washrooms and showers. To minimize plastic waste, we refill these bottles before each guest's visit.

The towels provided are for use on the premises only and are not intended for beach or lakeside outings.

The organization of parties is not permitted.

No loud music is allowed after 11PM outside or inside when doors or windows are open.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The staff and owners of Entre Nous accept no responsibility for the following:

Theft or damage to guests’ personal belongings.

Individuals requiring assistance or supervision, particularly children, are the sole responsibility of their parents, guardians, or representatives and should not be left unattended on the premises.

The safety and supervision of children remain the full responsibility of accompanying adults. Young children are permitted in the fenced pool area only under adult supervision.

The property is protected by an electric fence to prevent the entry of wild boars. Guests are requested to ensure the gates are kept closed at all times.

Please note that some stairs inside and outside the villa do not have railings. Villa Entre Nous cannot be held liable for any accidents occurring in these areas.

No children under the age of 16 years old are allowed in the gym. Entre Nous can not be held responsible for accidents or injuries that happen in the gym.

In the event of a breakdown or prolonged interruption of services or public utilities such as electricity, water, television, or Wi-Fi, the owners of Entre Nous cannot be held liable. However, every effort will be made to resolve such issues as quickly as possible.

We strongly recommend that guests obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover incidents such as accidents or damage.
SECURITY DEPOSIT / DAMAGE
A security deposit of €2000 is required to cover any potential damage to the property or the replacement of damaged or missing items. The deposit will be fully refunded within 24 hours of departure, provided no damages have occurred and no items are missing. Should any damage or missing items be identified, the guest will be notified immediately. If the cost of damages exceeds the deposit amount, the guest will be held fully liable for the remaining costs.
